1. The service

Meshlyr is a read-only, multi-cloud relationship engine. It discovers the configuration and metadata of the AWS and GCP resources you connect, maps how they relate, and computes derived views such as blast radius, per-resource cost with gap analysis, drift, and business impact. Meshlyr is currently offered as an early-access, design-partner service. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product develops.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Connecting cloud accounts

You may connect AWS accounts and GCP projects or organisations using the read-only role and keyless federation that Meshlyr provides. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to connect each environment and to permit read-only discovery of it. Meshlyr accesses only configuration and metadata, is read-only, and does not modify your cloud resources. You are responsible for the access you grant, and you may revoke it at any time by removing the read-only role or federation configuration, which stops further discovery.

4. Your data and ownership

You retain all rights to your cloud environment and the data within it. You grant Meshlyr a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, process, store and display the discovered configuration and metadata solely to provide and improve the service for you.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

6. AI features

Meshlyr may offer optional AI-assisted features that generate suggestions from your discovered metadata using a third-party model. These suggestions are advisory only and are directional rather than proven, because Meshlyr does not have live utilisation metrics. They are not professional, financial, security or legal advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any suggestion before acting on it. Meshlyr never takes action on your cloud automatically.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as available" basis and is under active development. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and availability is not guaranteed.

8. Enforcement and suspension

We may investigate suspected breaches of these terms and may suspend or terminate access, restrict features, or remove content that breaches them. Serious or illegal conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Fees and refunds

Early access is currently provided at no charge. If paid plans are introduced, they will be billed as described at the point of purchase and are non-refundable except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable rights.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Meshlyr surfaces derived insights from the metadata it discovers and does not warrant that the map, relationships, cost figures, drift detection, or recommendations are complete, accurate, current or error-free, or that they are a substitute for your own cloud governance, security and financial controls. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, except those that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that apply to you and cannot be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law), our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100 for free or early-access users. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your connection of any account or organisation without proper authorisation.

13. Termination

You may disconnect your environments and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with notice, or immediately in the case of a serious breach. On termination, discovery stops and your discovered data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when the updated terms are posted on this page, and we will update the effective date above. Questions can be sent to support@meshlyr.com.
